These terms govern mampitech.com and mystic9.net. Both are owned and operated by Mampi Technologies Ltd, company number 17484970, registered in England and Wales. The registered office is 9 Lodge Hill Road, Ossett, WF5 9RU, United Kingdom. Vortex9 and Aura9 software is licensed under the Software EULA, not under these website terms.

Intellectual property

The company owns the branding, names, text, layout, graphics, and design assets on mampitech.com and mystic9.net, except where a page says otherwise. Mampi, Mampi Technologies, mystic9.net, Vortex9, and Aura9 are the company’s marks. You may not copy the sites’ design, reuse the marks, or present your own product as one of these sites.

Teachings published in the mystic9.net sanctuary are offered under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International licence, as stated on the sanctuary copyright notice. That licence does not cover the software, the site design, or the company marks. Other use needs written permission from support@mampitech.com.

Using the sites

You may read the public pages and use the tools that are open to you. You will not break the sites, probe them without permission, scrape them in bulk, or use them to misuse someone else’s account. Accounts, memberships, and course checkouts follow the steps shown on mystic9.net at the time you use them.

Sanctuary material is for spiritual study, meditation, and personal exploration. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure a medical or psychological condition. Health questions belong with a qualified clinician.

Liability for the websites

The public pages are provided as they stand. The company does not promise that every page will be uninterrupted or free of error. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that the law of England and Wales does not allow a contract to exclude. Subject to that, the company is not liable for loss that comes from your use of the public pages, from a third-party link, or from a network outside the company’s control.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales hear disputes about them. The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.
